Meg McCann, along with a couple additional North Carolina voices, brings us the Daily Deputy Report from Thursday, June 25. As a member of the Committee on Social Justice and International Concerns, she recaps her committee’s open hearings, which mainly heard debate concerning divestment in Israel and The Episcopal Church’s broader stance toward the Israel-Palestine conflict.
Each morning, the Daily Deputy Report will feature a different member of the deputation to the 78th General Convention from the Diocese of North Carolina recapping what he or she experienced the day before.
