The Diocese Welcomes the Rev. Connor Gwin to Christ Church, Charlotte
The Diocese welcomes the Rev. Connor Gwin as the new associate rector for family ministry at Christ Church, Charlotte. Gwin most recently served as the chaplain at Stuart Hall School, an Episcopal day and boarding school in the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Virginia. Prior to his work at Stuart Hall, he served as the canon for social engagement and Christian formation in the Diocese of Southwestern Virginia.
Throughout his ministry, Gwin has focused on translating our faith tradition for the modern world. He has a passion for equipping families, forming disciples and proclaiming the Good News of God's grace. Gwin earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and upon graduation attended Virginia Theological Seminary,
We welcome Gwin, his wife, Emma, and their daughter to the Diocese.
