The Diocese Welcomes the Rev. Becky Zartman-Carpenter

The diocese welcomes the Rev. Becky Zartman-Carpenter as priest-in-charge of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Rocky Mount. Zartman-Carpenter comes to the diocese from Houston, Texas, where she was the canon missioner for welcome and evangelism at Christ Church Cathedral. Welcome, Becky!
