The 188th convention adopted the UN Millennium Development Goals, giving a minimum of 0.7% of the annual diocesan budget to fund Global Missions. This resolution also encourages all parishes to devote at least 0.7% of their budgets to these goals.

We encourage churches and convocations to consider a parish-to-parish relationship where cross cultural exchanges can be explored, long range projects developed and lasting friendships made.
