A Special Tour: Visiting a Slave Cemetery in the Diocese of North Carolina
This week's Please Note features a visit to a McCoy family slave cemetery guided by the Rev. Sarah Hollar. The cemetery was left in the care of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Huntersville. Recently, some of the youth at St. Mark's made some major improvements to the cemetery and the vestry created a memorial on the site.
