SAFE CHURCH TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Employees and volunteers who work in the church will be required to attend Safe Church Training as follows:

CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS, DETECTION, PREVENTION

(Safeguarding God’s Children)

All employees, including clergy, part-time day school teachers AND volunteers who supervise youth at least twice a month in a setting outside of Sunday morning.

ADULT SEXUAL MISCONDUCT AWARENESS, DETECTION, PREVENTION

(Safeguarding God’s People)

All clergy, program staff and business staff employees.

Optional: clerical and maintenance workers.
